On June 21st, 2011 on ebay I purchased your RCA Composite & S-video to HDMI 1080P converter scaler, number 110698575695. I received the order and cabled the scaler on the input side with RCA Composite and S-video cables to a Directv, Model D11, satellite receiver that has an output analog signal of 480I. On the output side of the scaler I cabled an HDMI cable to a Samsung High Definition LED TV, Model UN46C6300SFXZA, which is capable of displaying a 1080P 120HZ frequency. The picture the scaler is providing to the tv is not clear or High Definition quality. I have made several adjustments to the tv but cannot create a satisfactory picture. Please advise how to correct this problem. |
